Brisbane Valley Rail Trail – re-use of old timber bridge

Posted by on Jun 25, 2018

Construction of a new section of the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail involves re-construction and re-use of one of the remaining old timber bridges. The renovation involves replacing old timbers with new, proving that important features of a rail trail (such as original timber bridges) do not need to be removed and can be renovated to become suitable for trail users.
